How do I clean a Perfect Pattern Sportcoat?
All Perfect Pattern Sportcoats need to be professionally dry cleaned. Upon taking out of the box you may carefully steam out wrinkles with a clothing steamer.
What if I received my order and I need to exchange for a different size?
Your absolute satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you decide that you need to exchange your jacket for a different size, we provide a full 14 days from the date of delivery. Ensure that you try on your jacket and ensure a proper fit prior to removing any of the attached tags. Once the red Shark Tag on the sleeve is clipped and removed, the jacket is considered in used condition and we will no longer be able to return the jacket. Once we receive your returned jacket and proof of purchase, we will immediately ship out the new jacket. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges except if the customer is exchanging for the first time and needs a different size. International customers are responsible for shipping on exchanges.
How will my order be shipped?
Free Shipping to everyone in the contiguous United States. Shipped UPS Ground for delivery in 1-5 days from Lexington, SC. You may select shipping rate for international shipment.
How do I remove the red, plastic tag on the sleeve?
The red, plastic tag is a "Shark Tag" and it ensures that the product that you receive is new from the tailor. Once the tag is removed, the jacket can no longer be returned. In order to remove the Shark Tag follow these instructions:
